What a Canada Goose fur replacement costs
A replacement collar runs £67 for faux and £179 for coyote at standard length, or £199 cut to your measured rim. The jacket stays. That is the whole comparison: a parka is £900 and up, a collar is a fifth of that and fits the hood you already own.

What drives the number
Species and length, not the brand label. Coyote and raccoon cost more than faux because the raw skin costs more and because matching tone across a run takes time. Length adds material and cutting: every 5 cm is another strip. Custom length adds a measurement review and a one-off cut, which is why it is £20 more and why custom lengths cannot be returned once cut.
Why it is cheaper than the original part
No brand margin, no retail packaging, no distributor. The same coyote, cut the same way, sold from the bench. You also avoid the part being unavailable, which is the situation now that Canada Goose has left the fur category.

What is not
The jacket, obviously. Import duty outside the UK and EU is paid by the receiver. A new zipper half on the jacket is a separate repair if yours is damaged. And a custom length cannot come back for a refund, so measure twice.
What to check before paying
Fastening type first: zip or button, and the slider count if zip. Rim measured flat, not around the curve. Model year, because the hood changed. If any of that is unclear, send a photo and we will confirm before the cut, which is free and takes a day.
